Finland knife attacker has been arrested
The BBC reported that the suspect in the deadly Finland knife attack has been shot and arrested.
The attack occurred in the Finnish town of Turku, in an area located around Puutori-Market Square.
The attack resulted in two people being killed and six being wounded. The attack in Finland follows deadly attacks that have occurred in the United States and Spain.
On Saturday, white supremacists held a rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, which resulted in a 32-year-old woman, Heather Heyer, being killed after James Alex Fields Jr., drove his gray Dodge Charger into a crowd of protesters who were protesting the white supremacists’ rally.
Fields has been arrested and charged with 2nd degree murder. While in Spain, someone drove a van into a crowd at the popular tourist location, Las Ramblas, killing 14 people and injuring at least 130 people.
Five people have been arrested in connection with the attacks. The person who drove the van, killing 14 people and injuring at least 130 people has not been arrested.
The police also killed five suspected terrorists, in the town of Cambrils, Spain, who were connected to the Barcelona attack.
The police have not gathered enough information to say definitively that the attack in Finland is connected to the attack in Barcelona.
